What size chairs do your chair covers fit?

We have 2 different sizes. The polyester cover fits most standard banquet chairs. The cotton chair cover fits smaller folding chairs. However, the covers are made to fit a variety of chairs and therefore may be loose fitting. We strongly recommend you use a chair sash to tailor the covers to your chairs.

Yes. Our Linen Specialist would be happy to assist you with your custom linen request. Custom orders are subject to an additional fee and require a non-refundable deposit. Changes are not allowed to custom orders after the order has been processed.

No. Marquee Linens may be picked up, delivered or shipped. Therefore, prices are quoted at the daily rental rate not including shipping and handling or delivery charges.

A 50% deposit is required in order to reserve your items. For custom orders a 100% deposit is required to process your order. For our A/R customers you will be billed at net thirty-day terms.

How do I place an order?

You may place your order by one of two ways. You may print out a Linen Shipping Order Form or a Rental Order Form from our website; fill it out and fax it to us. You may also call and speak to one of our helpful sales staff.

Yes. We are happy to sub-rent our linens to other rental stores. You may pick them up or have them shipped to your store directly.

Is there a minimum order?

No. We do not have a minimum order for shipping linens or in store pick-up. However, Marquee Rents does have a $200 minimum for Austin deliveries.

What is your change policy?

Changes must be made three days before your reservation date if you are picking them up in the store or having them delivered. If you are having your linens shipped, you must complete all changes three days prior to your ship date. All changes made within three days of pickup or ship date are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Linens to be picked up in the store or delivered may be cancelled up to 72 hrs before your event; after that all cancellations are subject to a 20% restocking fee. If orders are cancelled the day of scheduled pick up/delivery, the customer forfeits his/her deposit. A cancellation with in three days of your ship date will result in loss of your deposit. Any customer canceling orders after items have been shipped will be charged the full rental rate. Once linens have left our premises, used or not, they incur the full rental charge.

All orders are shipped from Marquee Linens, located in Austin , TX , by UPS. Unless otherwise arranged by Marquee, your order will be shipped 3-day ground. For an express order, please contact a Marquee Linen representative.

Yes. All tracking numbers are kept on file and may be requested at any time by phone, fax or email.

When will my order ship and when can I expect to receive it?

Your order will be shipped four to five business days before your event date. You may find this date on your contract under OUT DATE. You may expect to have your order arrive no later than close of business one day prior to your event date.

All orders must be shipped to Marquee Linens the first business day after your event date. Orders should arrive back at Marquee Linens by the scheduled IN DATE found on your contract.

Yes. Marquee Linens is happy to offer a variety of décor services for our customers. These include linen and chair cover installation and napkin folding. Marquee Linens is also happy to offer sash tying with several different styles to choose from, such as these. Custom linens are also offered at Marquee.
